Library How-Tos
How to Respect the Library
Be kind to others using the library.
Use an indoor voice. No yelling, please.
Listen to your teacher.
Care for the books. Please do not bend them, rip them, write in them, or get them dirty so that other students may enjoy them after you.
Books are for everyone! Choose the book that YOU would like to read.
It's okay if you do not end up liking a book, just bring it back and check-out something different.
Please bring your library books back so other students may read them.
Keep the library tidy. Tuck in chairs, pick things up from the floor, and do not leave books lying around.
If you cannot reach something, please ask for help.
If you do not remember where a book belongs, please leave it up at the circulation desk.
How to suggest a book for the library
It's easy! Just fill out the book suggestion form and the library technician will look into possibly adding a copy to the library.
How to reserve a library book
